The Queue is the interface that enables labeling activities. It shows different views corresponding to workflow steps. Available actions may differ from one view to the other to match the process logic.
From the Queue, you can:
- Search for assets
- Filter assets through complex search queries
- Add labels
- Delete assets
- Add assets to project
- Review assets
- Export labels
Additional actions are available from specific views. For details, refer to Views by status
Depending on your role in the project, you may or may not see some views and available actions.

In all the different views of the "Queue" and "Explore" pages, labelers can only view assets for which they have produced a label.
For these assets they can view:
- their own labels
- reviewed labels (this way they can check the differences, if adjustments were made)
Here are the available views in the Queue:
You can sort the contents in all of the views. To do that, hover over the view name and click on the arrow that appears.
The "All" view is a global overview of the project dataset (this view is not visible to labelers).
From here you can:
- View all project assets
- Add more assets to the project
The "To Do" view is the backlog of assets to be labeled:
- Newly-uploaded assets
- Assets currently being labeled (status "Ongoing")
From here the main action is Start labeling.
For more information on labeling, refer to Labeling overview.
The "Labeled" view is the backlog of assets where labelers already produced labels.
Assets are considered labeled if:
- A label was submitted by a labeler (label type = Default)
- An asset was skipped by the labeler
From here the main action is Add to review.
If you are a labeler and you don't see your labeled assets in the "Labeled" view, this may mean that your assets were automatically moved to the Waiting for review list.
The "To Review" view is the backlog of labeled assets marked for review (this view is not visible to labelers).
From here the main action is Start reviewing.
The "Waiting for review" view is the list of labeled assets waiting for review (this view is visible to labelers only).
The "Reviewed" view is the backlog of reviewed assets.
Assets are considered reviewed if:
- A label was submitted by a reviewer (label type = Reviewed)
- A labeled asset was skipped by the reviewer
From here the main action is Send back to queue.
For more information, refer to Sending assets back to labeling.
