Handling questions and issues
Quick filtering open questions/issues
You can filter assets displayed in the review to show only those that have open questions/issues linked to them.
From the Explore view, click on the issue button and then on See open issues
or See open questions
to filter the assets of the review accordingly.


Answering a question
Reviewers and admins can answer questions in the review. To answer a question:
- Click on the Issue button to access open questions.


- Type your answer.
- Click on Send back to queue.


The asset will be sent back to the labeler with the answer.
If an asset is sent back to queue, it gets top labeling priority. This means that the labeler will see this asset as the first one to be labeled.
Creating an issue
You can create issues when you are reviewing labeled assets. To add an issue:
- Click on the issue button.


- Click on + Add issue.
- After typing a comment to explain the issue, click on Send back to queue.
If an asset is sent back to queue, it gets top labeling priority. This means that the labeler will see this asset as the first one to be labeled.




The status of the asset changes from LABELED
to ONGOING
.
Resolving an issue
When the labeler corrects the annotation and re-submits the asset, reviewers can resolve the issue by either:
- Putting the tick symbol (✓) in the check box next to the issue.
