Changelog (26.1.41)
New
- Geospatial assets exported in GeoJSON format now include the same additional metadata keys already available in the standard Kili export format.
- Bulk copy is now supported for Geospatial and Video projects, following the same rules as other project types.
- Added a new "Is in" operator on the external ID filter, letting you filter assets by pasting a list of external IDs (comma-separated) instead of filtering one at a time.
- Transcription jobs can now be configured as OCR jobs.
Change
- Redesigned the "Add members" modal, with a scrollable list for selecting multiple members.
- In the Explore UI, assets no longer disappear from a filtered list (e.g. "Done" or "To review") after a status-changing action like Approve or Send back — keeping your place in batch review workflows.
- Filtering assets by "assignee is not X" now also returns unassigned assets, instead of only assets assigned to someone else.
- New demo projects (image, video and text) are now created without pre-annotations. Audio demo projects keep their pre-annotations.
Fix
- Fixed an issue where sending an asset back to an earlier review step incorrectly made it read-only, blocking further correction.
- Fixed an issue where labelers could see the "Send back" button in certain consensus workflow edge cases, even though this action isn't available to them.
- Fixed an issue where resizing the thumbnail view with the slider behaved inconsistently.
- Fixed an issue where the annotation filter didn't work correctly after sending a label back for correction.
- Fixed an issue on image projects where changing an annotation's class could cause its child (nested) annotations to be lost.
- Fixed excessive memory usage on PDF projects when navigating through many assets in a row.
- Fixed keyframe and timeline label alignment on native video projects, including at different zoom levels.
- Fixed user names displayed with extra whitespace in the Project Queue user filters, including users with a missing first or last name.
